A fun & healthy fitness camp to help with body toning and movements.

Training for 3 days per week(Monday, Wednesday & Friday), 1 hour each day, for 4 weeks consecutively.

1 - 29 February 2024

3 days per week for personal workout, for 4 weeks.

2 days of individual workout(track & share videos or contents in a dedicated group) and 1 day of a group class with a trainer(prefarably via live stream or Google Meet).

A person who completes all the days will win a prize from Aussi.
